Analysis Configuration
Before starting your analysis, configure general instructions that will apply to all analyzed columns. Configure OpenAI or Azure in the API Settings button in the top navigation bar, unless your server already provides credentials.
Analyze, summarize, classify or translate any column using your selected AI provider.
Map free-text diagnoses or codes to ICD-11 (and derived ICD-10). Requires WHO ICD API credentials.
Assign each row one label from a list you define. Uses Jev instead of an LLM, so the answer is always one of your options. Requires a Jev API key.
Split cells holding several values into one row each. No AI and no API key needed.

Prompt Writing Tip: For concise outputs (e.g., sentiment analysis), explicitly instruct the AI to provide ONLY the required value without explanations. Example: "Return only the sentiment (Positive/Negative/Neutral) without any additional text or explanation."

Medical Translation (ICD-11): map each row of a column to ICD-11 (and optionally a derived ICD-10 code). Make sure your WHO ICD Client ID & Secret are set in API Settings. An OpenAI API key (optional) improves disambiguation of free-text input.

Classification (Jev / Laya): for each row, your classifier picks one label from a list you define — it cannot return anything outside that list, and it reports how confident it is. Best for coding feedback, triage and categorisation where the categories are already fixed. Choose Jev or Laya in API Settings. Define the lists on the next configuration step.
Clean Data: upload a file, pick the column whose cells hold several values, and split it into one row per value. Runs entirely in your browser — no AI, no API key, and nothing is sent to a provider.
Resume work saved in this browser, or import a recovery file. Restoring does not start processing. A new run replaces the saved run for that mode; download a recovery file to keep an older run.

Yes. Run the app on your computer, use Laya for classification and Ollama for analysis, written reports and chat. Download the models during initial setup, then select the local providers in API Settings.
